Private Investigator activity is regulated by the Private Title II of Book VI of the Code of Homeland Security (Continued option: established by Ordinance No. 2012-351 of 12 March 2012 on the legislative part of the Code of Homeland Security). License & Criminal Record Certificate.
He is also a member of the following organisations : CII ( Council of International Investigators ) INTELLENET, WAPI ( World Association of Private investigators ) and a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals.
