Terms & Conditions relation to Trace Enquires & Process Serving in France.

 

• In France is is extremely easy to misspell  a name or an address and we strongly advise the client to request a trace on the subject before the documents are delivered or enquiries are made to obtain Land Registry documents.  If you are unsure of the actual address we provide a tracing service at additional cost.

• Should the client engage Anglo French Research Ltd to serve documets or obtain Land Registry details etc in France and subsequently we find the name of the subject or the address given to be incorrect we reserve the right to charge our full fees for the work done.

• A minimum of 50% of the agreed fee is requested in advance and once the work is commenced this fee is none refundable.

• Translation of any documents whether for delivery or receipt is not included in our fee . If translation is required then we offer the services of a Court Translator and will quote on receipt of the documents.
